Clairvaux settlement
After many years, kcc finally owns the Clairvaux property! Thank you for your prayers, donations and hard work over these years. Ownership is significant for kcc's ministry as the Clairvaux property includes the oval where cars are parked, the High School building where many of our conventions hold programs, and the grounds where Kedumba is located. It is our prayer that Clairvaux will form a large part of our future ministry here in Katoomba.Plaza and bookshop appeal
Plans for permanent toilets, seminar rooms, a dining room and other support facilities have been drawn up. These are the first stage of a long-term development plan. This stage is expected to cost approximately $5m. It will make our site more functional for our convention use and will also make it more attractive to groups interested in booking conference centres. Increased usage will help fund further improvements to our site.We are in negotiation with Blue Mountains City Council regarding the appropriate number of people we can have on site based on our planned DA and future development plans.
